Everyone knows you should:
  • Sleep regularly
  • Eat healthily
  • Exercise
  • Not waste time daydreaming
  • Clean/organise your surroundings
And thousands of other things...

So why is it so easy for some but hard for others? Even those who don't have mental issues like ADHD, still can struggle.

And before you say it's ez for Chad due to positive reinforcement, even subhumans and low tier normies somehow have heaps of self discipline and motivation.

Not genetic, based on how you were raised by your parents and other lifestyle factors

what do you struggle with the most? and what breaks u out of your lazy state?
  • Daydreaming
  • Irregular sleep schedule
  • Wasting time
After gooning I usually get a few days of high motivation to change and fix my life but I soon become apathetic and passive, and return to rotting.

Both my parents were proactive and driven

Surely my autism would influence it
