First and foremost, his supposed height gains are at best laughable. Even if you have severe pelvic tilt, bad posture etc you wouldn’t gain 3,5 inches in height, maybe 2 in extraordinary cases but that’s generous. Not to mention that with some light scrolling in his profile, I didn’t deem his prior situation to have been as terrible as he portrayed it. Fraud is most likely at play here. Nonetheless that is besides the point. Is there any validity in his claims? Undoubtedly we are taller in the morning, our spine compresses throughout the day, perhaps a gym session would make us shorter at least temporarily, we need to hydrate the intraverbal disks, decompress while sleeping etc I find it likely that if you perform a light session of spinal compression and decompression you would perhaps retain (hopefully at least) your morning height for a few hours. Is there any longevity besides that? Long term effect? Gaining even more than your morning height as MrWollas claims? From my own research I concluded that having a routine like that is probably worth it because you aren’t losing anything apart from 10 minutes of your life every morning and evening. MrWollas is definitely frauding, or at least greatly over exaggerating the actual gains, does anyone else have anything constructive to say?
