90% of the aesthetic benefit of mse comes from combing it with facemask to open the sutures, however after I received my own mse I learned that it is considered tooth borne not bone borne like has been previously said, which is a massive blow to mse in terms of a looksmax

it is still good when considering the low levels invasiveness + price, however it is not the holy grail I once thought when mse pulling was theorized to be bone anchored

I can probably get my ortho to also put micro implants for me to facepull do you reckon this would make it better?

Ah right, mine is like 29mm maybe from the bottom of each nostril, or like 37mm at its widest point

MSE is a godsend for children and young teens. It can give some cheekbone width in adults but honestly you are better off with an osteotomy or implant for upper maxilla for aesthetic purposes.
