Is MSE after bimax fine?

Specifically FME (upgraded more modern version of MSE, look it up, dr kasey li and dr newaz do it).

Is it still possible and OK to do FME (aka the new modern upgraded MSE with much less asymmetry and other bad side effects)

I heard dr li will only do it if you have all the plates in your jaw which isnt good news for me because i had some plates on the right side of my jaw removed due to an infection (am fine though, still look the same)

FME is far better than MSE and MARPE? I would do it before because FME could ruin the bite

Well it depends, FME is still pretty new on the medical field and might be good or bad depending on the results it does.

But if we go by what's meant to do, it is a bette option than the others, it's like custom marpe but better, but take in mind that not many surgeons do it and that it is very expensive as i recall (prices might have gone down/up, correct me if am wrong).

Do you have any breathing problems if you mind answering?, i don't think the surgeon would widen it that much since you told me you got your jaw widening (condyle torque) and that the surgeon also take into consideration the lower palate.

Ask your surgeon if your condyles are sensible to FME or not if you did consult or thinking of doing a consultation.

my nasal airways are still narrow, bimax does nothing to help with this

Have you tried to see if you have Nasal Polyps or Turbinate Hypertrophy?, who knows, this might actually be the problem.

not in regards to my nasal airways as of recently, i've mentioned my palate to multiple doctors/surgeons though and they all said it's a good size/fine but one guy said i should get mse instead of bimax. i guess i should see an ENT.

but arent a lot of the solutions they offer cope? like turbinate reduction is dangerous cope and often relapses, etc.
