Is MSE and bimax possible together?

I've been planning surgeries to do that are in my relm of possibilities. I have a recessed maxilla and slightly recessed mandible (which causes my high gonial angle) and my upper palate is very narrow along with narrowish IPD of 62 and tiny pfl of 28mm and ofc longish mid face because of my down grown maxilla. my question is would it be possible to do a bimax with mse? also would it be smart get either fillers or implants for undereye? also original plan was facepulling plus mse but other users are saying thats cope
