Is mse is bad

should i get mse i have an average palate but i want a wider midface should i get mse i have heard that i causes clockwise rotation of the maxilla and mandible as the mid-palatal suture splits and the maxilla moves outward and downward and of course the mandible also gets more downturned as it adapts to the new bite

bro as in it can widen the midface but will cause clockwise rotation so idk if its worth it and how i can prevent it
