Is MSE + Isotretinoin worth it?

Im 6’4 (194cm and have the longest face known to man. 16 years old, should I fake sleep apnea for MSE? Lastly, does isotretinoin work? If so, how much should i take daily and for how long. (Btw my acne is way worse in different lighting)

Get an MSE bro, just order it online also take 0.025 tretinoin or 0.05 tret with SMALL DOSES ACCUTANE like 10-20mg and just get a normal good skincare routine, hop on roids and grow some bones, you actually have a really good base and a lot to improve on
