Is MSE necessary in my case?

Now, I'm sure that MSE would be beneficial in my case as I'm aware that my palate is narrow. I also have flat, narrow zygos and a narrow jaw. My mouth is also narrow. Basically my entire face is narrow
So yeah I'm likely a good candidate for MSE, but is it necessary in my case? I do also need to get Trimax in order to fix my recession, and currently have around $9k saved up. I could get MSE right now, but it would push back my timeline for Trimax. Is it worth delaying my Trimax for MSE or no?

Pls ignore the disgusting facial hair, I haven't trimmed in a while. Also I attached pictures of my retainers because I thought it might be helpful in determining my palate size

we need to see ur actual palate, ur dental arch seems fine, but thats not an indicator if u need MSE.

you don't need it 8 tooth smile is normal get trimax instead it will make a way bigger difference aesthetically

yeah u can go straight to trimax it is fine. You'd probably still benefit from MSE but it wont make a huge difference.

MSE is hardly a looksmax anyways.
