man im planning to get mse+herbst appliance together incase my expansion went too far i'll probably get it at 17 rn im 16 will it work or dyk any other alternatives?

if u want u can send photo so i can see how recessed ur maxilla/jaw is if it is recessed then yes an MSE will help and of course the younger you are the more malleable the bone but typically MSE sees results even in patients whos bones are fused
