I'm considering taking it but I'm worried about kidney infarction, rhabdomyolysis, stomach issues, and increased skin cancer risk sounds risky. I'm on Humira and Depixent, making my skin more vulnerable. Is it safe for me to use? I believe a tan would help me not look so chopped

MT2 isn't gonna have serious side effects if you don't abuse it. Like literally I never heard anyone getting anything serious from MT2. Matter of fact it's probably more ideal to be on MT2 in the summer when the uv radiation is higher and if you're pale. Since darker skin reduces the risk of skin damage from the sun.
But if you want something else that makes your skin a bit darker / healthier looking then mega dose astaxanthin, beta carotene and lycopene.

Since MT2 isn’t clinically approved, I’d recommend consulting a dermatologist to discuss your plans and arrange regular checkups to monitor for new moles.
