Is my acne actually normal?

I have been gigastressed for the last 5, well nearly 6 months. This includes some breaks or days with peace, but its mostly just constant.

I never had acne before this, and it was one tiny tiny spot on the right side of my face. However, roughly 4 months since the stress ocurred my skin has all become much worse which has cultivated the existant small spot and spread al over the right side of my face around it.

I have a good diet and my sleep is protected, the quality of that sleep I do not know. But regardless my skin has erupted like crazy, I feel like it cope to say acne is 'genetic' even at 17, it must be due to poor health no?

nigga accutane fixes all acne no matter how u get it, every saturday i go out and eat some shitty ass food and get no pimples and i've only been on for like 50 days. I haven't gotten even 1 pimple in like 2 weeks
