Is my addy dosage too much?

Would taking ir 10mg 2x a day mon-thurs going to fry my brain?

My original prescription was 20mg 2x a day but i thought it was too much.

More than 10 mg daily is nuerotoxic. If you're going to take it you should have a just a single IR with antioxidants. Get the other half of your uppies from caffeine

If you can convince ur doc to switch to pure dextroamphetamine rather than mixed salts that is also ideal.
