Is my airway narrow

I have a ton of sypmtoms (sleep apnea, mouth breathing, lack of oxygen, TMJ, bad tongue posture, acid reflux, overall bad posture9 but every single ortho and doctors tells me I don't need Lefort 1. I finally got my airway scanned, do you guys think it's narrow?
