Monday --> SHOULDERS AND BACK

Tuesday --> CHEST AND ARMS

Wednesday --> REST

Thursday --> UPPER POWER

Friday --> SHOULDERS AND BACK

Saturday --> REST

Sunday --> UPPER POWER



UPPER POWER

Barbell dumbbell shoulder presses --> 3 sets of 6-10 reps

Arnold Press --> 2 sets of 6-10 reps

Flat dumbbell presses --> 3 sets of 3-5 reps

Weighted dips --> 2 sets of 6-10 reps

Deadlifts --> 3 sets of 3-5 reps

Weighted Pull ups --> 2 sets of 6-10 reps

Cambered bar curls --> 3 sets of 6-10 reps

Skull crushers --> 3 sets of 6-10 reps



SHOULDERS AND BACK

Seated dumbbell presses --> 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Upright rows --> 2 sets of 12-15 reps

Side lateral raises with dumbbells or cables --> 3 sets of 12-20 reps

Bent over or Pendlay rows --> 6 sets of 3 reps with 65-70% of normal 3-5 rep max

Arnold Pullovers --> 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Seated cable row --> 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Dumbbell rows or shrugs bracing upper body against an incline bench --> 2 sets of 12-15 reps

Close grip pulldowns --> 2 sets of 15-20 reps



CHEST AND ARMS

Flat dumbbell presses --> 6 sets of 3 reps with 65-70% of normal 3-5 rep max

Incline dumbbell presses --> 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Hammer strength chest press --> 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Incline cable flyes --> 2 sets of 15-20 reps

Cambered bar preacher curls --> 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Dumbbell concentration curls --> 2 sets of 12-15 reps

Spider curls bracing upper body against an incline bench --> 2 sets of 15-20 reps

Seated tricep extension with cambered bar --> 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Cable pressdowns with rope attachment --> 2 sets of 12-15 reps

Cable kickbacks --> 2 sets of 15-20 reps

tbh dn rd a word after the daily routine, but your muscles won't get rest if you're training shoulders one day, then chest the next, similarly back one day, then arms the next

you won't do as well on chest workout as well since you trained shoulders right before

i'd do shoulders, chest, and triceps, then back and biceps, then (legs) < a standard push-pull-legs routine

if u skipping legs for good at least do cardio

SMV from legs is much less than upper body SMV

Do legs.

Leg workouts facilitate the most testosterone production.
Most of your functional strength comes from your core and glutes. Don't be a little wimp who has no actual strength.
Your proportions will look stupid if you don't work them.
Girls loveee big legs and a juicy ass on guys as weird as it might seem to you. Chicken legs are unattractive.

i wear long pants everywhere
For the reasons I mentioned above. Also you can still tell how big someone's legs are in pants.
