Ur gonna need to lose weight and develop ur skull, i dont believe you have healthy daily habits whatsoever either at the moment or for the last few continuous years.

You shouldn’t be worried about your gonions right now.


Chew hard gum, read ts and learn how to develop your skull, track your calories n get into a 500 cal deficit until you are lean.
