I cannot sit down and do work for an extended period of time. Is it because my dopamine receptors fried? Or is it my lifestyle issue where I doomscroll on my phone or rot on the forum?

focus, and have the meta-awareness to detect insurgent distractions and exterminate them (find a way to do it)
