i’d suggest getting fme/mse/fma/marpe i honestly don’t know what else you could do for looks other then paying money

some of them does work, but other ones are just cope, it may be geneticis, but there may have been some other factors that contributed to it

as long as i could remember, i always breathing through mouth when i asleep since that happens when childhood but couldn't tell when i'm active so i guess that can be the reason?
