no ortho tool will give “chin” growth, the only fix for this is surgery, chin growth continues for a while it’ll become much better later on during puberty at 14 u most likely haven’t even hit the peak testosterone phase and that’s where most of the chin growth happens, but keep in mind a recession stays recessed forever unless u involve surgery, but growth can and will happen
