calorie deficit, diet with lots of eggs, red meat, raw cheese, fruit (especially kiwi), vegetables with lots of fibre, avoid refined carbohydrates, correct posture of the body and tongue (this should be done from an early age for ideal facial development). it might seem like tiktok knowledge but I got my improvement by doing these things jfl. health is beauty I guess, obviously puberty and genetics are important too
