Well if you're 22% bf in those pics then getting lean would def help, and chin filler ig but it's lowkey not necessary

You see I pointed it out withouth you told me. Your orthontist doesn't do the right approach to correct your overbite. You need facemask and widen your palate with FME, custom MARPE or MSE to get better projection and more lateral projection you lack both, foremost your zygos. And only then augment your jaw when needed.
See I already have a wide palate so my ortho ( my dad haha ) was against it. Also aren’t my zygos kinda my best part cause I manage to get hollow cheeks in most lighting even at 20% bf. Like I can feel and see my zygos are well developed

Pick in dark is 22% bf ( not biting, just alright zygos thanks to mom ), pick in light like 16-18%.
