I mean it looks on the longer side but the angle is from above so obviously its gonna look long even if its a normal sized philtrum. only thing you can do is get a lip lift, or with softmaxxing a recessed maxilla will give a thin looking upper-lip, so if you get a forwardly grown maxilla it should appear less short with a prominent upper-lip, but it will barely make a difference. i'd go for a lip lift.
