Is my cjc/ipa no dac protocol good?

I been on CJC ipa no dac for about a month I have been pinning at night once every day 250 mcg my new vial I was thinking of starting a new protocol is this good?

  • Afternoon: Last meal/snack finished by ~4 PM or earlier.
  • 5 PM: Pin (fasted). (250 mcg)
  • 6 PM: Carb-up (3 rice cakes + banana + honey).
  • 6–7 PM: Gym.
  • 8–9 PM: Protein shake + meal.
  • Pre-bed (2–3+ hrs after last meal): Second pin (fasted window). (250 mcg)

    Also if not, please me know what would be more effective.
