is my dailey routine bad or no im 14 and how can i improve it

Weekday Routine:
I wake up daily at 6:30 AM and go to sleep around 11:00 PM. In the morning, I get dressed, complete a basic skincare routine (cleanser removed with lukewarm water and a washcloth), fix my hair, ice my face, brush my teeth, take supplements, and drink a protein shake. I leave for school at 7:30 AM. During school, I keep stress low and stay relaxed. I return home around 4:30 PM, listen to music, spend some time on .org, eat, work out, bathe, complete my nighttime skincare routine, watch YouTube, bone smash, and then go to sleep.


Weekend Routine:
On weekends, I wake up, bathe, complete skincare, drink water, and eat a high-protein, whole-food breakfast. I game until lunch, spend some time on .org, eat dinner, work out, bathe, do skincare, fix my hair, bone smash, and sleep. also forgot to include hangout with my gf like Saturday and Sunday n go out with her and also i call her Dailey and hangout with my friends sometimes rarely though

7 & a half hours of sleep isn't enough and i stopped reading at drink a protein shake, idk why u do that shit but ur days sound very boring u might need to pick something up

For what reason exactly? 7 1/2h with decent sleep-quality is more than enough, and sleep requirements can vary significantly between individuals anyway.

ur right but 10 hours is optimal yk but honestly ion think 7 hours to 10 is much of a difference with my growth

If someone doesn’t value time and subjectively needs more of it to feel well, that’s fine, as long as it isn’t forced.

There are marginal benefits, if any. If someone is already getting great sleep at 7 1/2h, increasing it to 9 offers no significant advantage.
There won’t be any measurable differences in height or cognition, despite what people are anxious about.

Sleep-quality should be the main area of improvement, not necessarily duration.

There is no universal optimal value, just markers you might orientate yourself on.

Stressing yourself out over sleep-duration, which I know many of you/ us are susceptible to, will negatively impact sleep efficiency.

might be cope but genuinely chug 4 thick glasses of milk a day
doctors said i was going to be 5'10 and i swear that milk (and sleep) is how i made it to 6'3 i just milkmaxxed during puberty

Milk has nothing to do with fucking growing espacially beacuse it pastesurized out of all nutrients

Then sleep 9-10 hours a day and stop bonesmashing beacuse it will never ascend you. The most you can ascend from lets say ltn without hardmaxxing is hltn. Its all genetic
when I'm 21 I'm going to hardmaxx I'm likely going to get a rhinoplasty, buccal fat removal and possibly some type of jaw surgery

spend more time in the sun and get more sleep
 
I seen your face somewhere few days ago and I think its a good plan. You would need a ton of money for it also.
money wont be a issue by that time im getting job at 16 and saving up till im 21 to afford the surgeries
