Yes it's caused due to a lack of structure, in your case I'd recommend fat grafting, in the third photo some discoloration that could possibly be unrelated to structure but not sure if it was then you could use lase or topical

My nose isnt assymetrical u foking retard and i dont mouth breath i even use mouth tapes at night since i was 13
