Okay, so I have been using Triluma cream for five weeks now, three more weeks left, and then I'll start to slowly quit it. But I feel like my skin barrier is kind of fucked because I'm also on Accutane 20 mg per day.

I went to a dermatologist and she said that I should continue my Triluma and Accutane. Is she dumb or am I dumb? Who's the dumb one here?

And should I actually continue or should I not continue?

she said to repair my barrier while doing it. How can I fucking do it?

And I'm Fitzpatrick 3 or 4, and I'm getting darker and ethnic because of fucked barrier or probably not i think
