Only non-realistic (unless surgery) adjustments that would make you look better would be a dorsal hump reduction and better defined note tip. But it’s only if you’re aiming for perfection

No. It's also not really a classic dorsal hump that's the issue.
Here's an example of a "dorsal hump" that also isn't really the issue at hand. The after looks uncanny, because all they addressed was dorsal curvature.
