Is my estrogen too high?

Hi!

I started hrt 1 week and 2 days ago and I feel like my changes are way too fast. My skin is incredibly smooth already, I smell like a girl, I had a crying fit yesterday and I am already budding visibly.

Could my E be too high??
I also find that my ability to think has changed. I can still think, but it feels so different, much less analytic and more of a broad thought instead of
ping-pong ball bouncing back and forth in my head (which is a feeling I actually miss, now thinking feels a bit bland?)
