Is my exercise routine good/too low/high intensity (Currently on Test 500/Primo 400 since start of year)

Have way more time so im ramping up my routine to spend 2+ hours in the gym

I used to do PPL and then I just did single section splits 4-5x a week but now Im starting to ramp it up

Yesterday
Legs/Arms
-RDL
-Squats
-Leg Press
-Leg extension
-Box Jumps
-Calf Raises
-Barbell Curl
-Preacher Curl
-Tricep Press

Today
Shoulders/Core
-Mil Press till failure
-Front Raises
-Lat spread/raises
-one handed oh dumbell press till failure
-Planks till failure/Sit ups till failure
-Weight russian twists
-Suitcase carry/one handed farmers walk
-hexbar carry/walk with max weight

Im on test 500 and Primo 400 and tomorrow I plan on doing Back/Chest

In summary

Shoulders/Core
Wed
Back/Chest
Thur
Rest/Cardio/Swimming/Sauna

Over the past year I've had insane shoulder/delt gains and random women are complimenting about it/Legs/back grew a fuckton but my chest and arms are stagnating. Any suggestions?
