My body is very high T I am 6 foot 2 and wide framed but I feel like my face is low T. Should I grow facial hair to look more masculine?

Face doesn't look low T but you should always have some stubble. If your chin is really that small and it's not a camera distortion then you should cover it up with a full beard until you make it bigger.
