Is my face too wide

My face looks round asf, I think this is because my cheekbones flare outwards and are wider than ideal. This combined with lack of lower third height makes my face look unappealing and round. How do I even fix this

The only things I can thing of is try to get around 15% body fat and id that don’t work maybe surgery
