its not super noticeable but isolate the exercise and youll see how much heavier the weight is when u dont use momentum and make it a fucking compound movement

u asked to rate form and i did. i see ur at home and u dont have cables i assume. sit down, elbow on knee, only work the brachia and dont swing, control the move.

Better form here. Also try doing them seated and rest ur upper arm on like a pad or something helps more
