I’m at the 3 month mark of my cycle. 2 weeks and a half ago i went from 250 test 250 primo to 500 both, i’ve been on 8ius gh since the start, lifting every single day with 1 rest day. I just ordered anadrol to add to the end of my cycle. I know i’ve made progress, and I know everyone’s genetics are different, but I still can’t help myself from getting fomo and wondering if i’m doing something wrong. I’ve been told I have wide shoulders and a slim waist, but I have pectus excavatum and flared ribs, one worse than the other. Any advice? Here’s what I looked like beginning of cycle for reference:

sounds like you got it figured out man. if its working just keep doing it & give it time :D

make sure you take rest days throughout the week to recover my friend. a principle of my training philosophy is i dont train more than 2 days in succession.

at 500 test 500 primo, my e2 is 23.4pg/ml, and i’ve grown 2 inches in the last 2 months

not resting literally takes away from your gains brother. you don't grow training in the gym, you grow during rest with food. overtraining leads to under-recovering which results in less gains

yessir of course. i’m gonna start throwing in a few more rest days. i use bpc for recovery so i don’t get as sore

yeah try following my training/rest principle and i promise you that your workouts will feel much much better.
