for example mine is 49’ shoulder width circumference and my waist is 28.5’ so 49/28.5=1.719 and this is my ratio, and to determine whether you have a good frame ur ratio must be above 1.61 for example someone like david laids ratio is 1.8

I checked again and I forgot the width on the way to my phone so my shoulders are 116 and the waist was 83 as mentioned
