Slightly above average looking for sure (mogs the average guy, and the average guy is ~LMTN), so I'd say HMTN. (but i'm a terrible rater).

Has to fix the skin around his mouth, looks either dry or he has food on it.

Tinting his lashes jet-black and dying his eyebrows a darker shade of brown would ascend his coloring noticeably.

He could look into a tan either via tanning drops or melanotan.

He should get to 10-12% body fat.

He should also look into accutane or hydrocortisone or an alarplasty as his nose is a bit too wide.
