i only have dumbbells and a pull up bar so this is what ive been doin for a while with decent results (pics after 6 month of this workout and shit nutrition)

pull ups
crunches/bicycle crunches
plank
push ups
seated dumbbell press
dumbbell lateral raise
bicep curl
chair dip

what should i change if anything?

If you do enough sets and push yourself to failure then that's fine

Shit sucks. Add the floor press, dumbbell rows, push press. And where the fuck are the leg movements? Lazy cuck. Lunges, split squats, goblet squats, RDL. You're not going to build any real muscle like this.
 
It's pure garbage. Start going to a gym and do PPL or upper/lower with high volume.

Looks trash m8. Just go to the gym and do ppl twice a week so 6 days in total
