Is my furosemide real?

I took 40mg of furosemide from devine group twice in the past week and absolutely did nothing. I didnt have any huge urges to piss, ive been drinking a regular amount of water a day. I atleast expected me to pee more frequently. Idk lmk what i should do, do i take 2 of them.

yea i think im lean enough and even if the bloat didnt go away i still should be pissing like hell. at first i thought it was bc i took advil before so i took it agian a day later without any other drugs.

Luckily I got mine off a family member who don’t need anymore so ik it’s real but I’m cutting rn and still too high bf to be worth it

Plus I’d only use on night out when I’m drinking alcohol and a lot of it so that seems pretty risky
