Or is she honest about it? It's not just her but my family as well who tell me this, mom said i look uglier and that my gf will leave me like this, my mom commented on how older I look when i smile cause of the lack of fat on my cheeks creating visible muscle lines, she roasted me to oblivion, "you look worse then my aunt who starved in the bosnian war", "you look like a slightly windy day will blow you on the street" etc. This is the balkans after all, but who knows tbh ngl. Fatmaxing is hard for me, my natural appetite is dog shit. And ADHD medication makes it much harder, thats why my girlfriend commented on my face last night, I've lost quite a bit of fat the past month from Ritalin and my abs have started to get visible again

They're "gaslighting"ISH you because they've gotten used to how you look and reverse halo effect makes it look good to them. Just ignore them.

I’m starting to lose weight as well.

You just have to force yourself to eat, space it out in little meals to make it easier or just pig out and eat all your calories in one sitting after the meds wear off. I don’t know how I’m going to be able to gym and be on this shit tbh I hope I don’t end up heart-attackmaxxing myself, at the very least I’m going to start doing a bit of cardio everyday adhd meds have me worried for my cardiovascular health
