Recently instead of PPL I’ve used PLP so I can hit delts 4x a week instead of 2x and I’ve seen outstanding progress on my delts and frame. Is this optimal or is it just placebo? In theory, it should work because shoulders recover quick.

its optimal but add maasai jumps

I figured as soon as you said Maasai jumps. I was just curious if this is optimal because my delts have exploded both taller and wider by like 2 inches each in the past 2 months.

if you see progress yes it is optimal, dont listen to what people say just find what works for you specifically

How did the frequency of delts change

Alr thanks. I went from 95 lbs 5’5” to 155 5’9-10 (unfrauded) in like 4-5 months and I think it’s optimal as long as it’s worked

Instead of doing them on push only, the rest (legs) allowed me to hit them on pull days as well. It works, you just have to hit delts slightly less hard (maybe 75%) than normal (assuming 2x frequency is all out)
