Incline dumbbell press
Machine chest press
Machine shoulder press
Lat raises
Skullcrusher
Rope tricep extension

Pull day:
Lat pulldown
Machine lat row
Cable row
Bicep curls
Hammer curls

Legs
Once a week and skip second leg day
