I think women would like it more if you had an NT haircut that was short on the sides and long on top. I also think theyd like it better if you grew out your beard stubble naturally instead of shaving it like you do. That could also hide some of the wrinkles and signs of aging in your skin. Darker hair color is always better if you are trying to attract women. I think dark brown would be the best. But it wouldnt make that much of a difference, your hair already looks brown.
