I think it has niche appeal. U can mog mentally ill techno girls with that haircut or the occasional 45 year old mum looking for a hookup.
In Berlin u'd be a total mogger. In every other city, probably better to cut it, unless it represents ur way of living, if u're into rock and shit.

I do like rock but I assume v hacker haircut would show that and have more appeal I guess
