Guys would this be considered as damaged hair? I think I have 2c-3a hair. Should I just buzz and restart? Or is there any product that you would recommend for fixing it.

kinda, try restarting ig i had an even worse damaged hair did a buzzcut stopped washing my hair w shampoo and now it looks pretty nice goodluck
