My hairline has been like this since 6 months and there hasn't been constant hairline receding so i think it is just maturing

Whilst i favour early puberty. The downside to it is faster maturity and regardless early puberty is a cause by enviornmental factors (genetical too but cases have been reported by being obese/harsh environment etc) so ye you living in India is a looksmin due to likely poor environmental conditions.

I've hit puberty early too but my case was that I did border being overweight and had quite a good amount of western junk food during my childhood

A maturing hairline is receding / balding. It's called a mature hairline because ideally (as opposed to going fully bald), it becomes that way after aging a bit (30s and 40s).

For some people it stops after a while, others it doesn't. Personally, I'd say yes, that is a receding hairline (going from personal experience), but if you really want to be sure see a dermatologist or trichologist.
