The most accurate way would be doing a DEXA scan, which shows your body composition very accurately. The easier (and cheaperway is looking in the mirror, do you have abs, what does your physique look like?

You have a fantastic bone structure but honestly your face looks a big bloated from either fat or water, a bit more leanness perhaps would enhance it further. Your beard looks spot on, greatly contrasts in masculinity with your feminime eyes

physique is very lean, i did the bloated test with @larsanova69 and he said i’m not really bloated because i grabbed at my face and barely got ahold of any skin but i have been drinking 2L of water a day for the last week or so, thanks for the detailed response

IMO just go for a two-day stubble and make sure your facial hair is even for your beard to look better.

As far as surgery I don't know what to recommend, you kinda already look 6PSL tbh and I feel like there isn't much to improve on.
