16 yo, he has a pretty narrow palate, you can hear when he speaks it sounds like hes pinching his nose. Im guessing thats related to the negative canthal tilt and mandibular problems as well even tho he is rly lean like sub 10% bf deadass.

Any thoughts, ratings or advice would be appreciated.
