Is my head THAT small or am I overthinking it?

Granted it is 21.8" around but skull height is normal 9.5+ inches, face length is 19.5cm and zygo width 14.3 cm. IPD is 6.4 cm too as measured by doc and doesn't look big or small on my head. Is it just a situation of 5'9 being short because too many 6'2 mofers out there?

As ridiculous as it sounds, I feel like there are too many ethnics and Arabs with giga big heads which makes my normal head feel small since I see those people around.
