I just turned 16 two months ago I’m 5’4 and my father is 5’6 my mom unfortunately 4’11 but on my mothers side the average is 5’9 and tallest is 6’3 which most of my tios and cousins are 5’10 - 6’0 and on my fathers side average is 5’8 but my cousins are 6’0. How tall do yall think I’ll get or even grow at all and how can I maximise growth also for context as a kid from 10-15 I was staying up a lot lmk though

Hey dud, don't play with your luck. Saying this as someone in a worse situation than you, I'm 5'4 with a 6'4 dad and a 4'11 mother. And 17. If I had the choice to go back to 2024 I would 100% buy HGH and start cycling as soon as possible. Don't trust the muh genetics muh you'll grow. If your dad finished growing at 15 and barely grew since then this will apply to you aswell 90% of the time.

I am not sure how effective hgh, since most dudes on here barely grow on it. You have to be a hyper responder or to start really early. Plus it's not like just blast hgh to be 6'4

It's better than being under 5'5 and for sure will make you grow a few inches if you're around the age of 15. And they're injecting really late you gotta inject early teens at best.
