I was your height when i was 15, maybe 1 cm higher and now im 178 (as 17), eat well sleep well and PRAY for some growth spurt

not really, i literally had a huge height spike at 17-18. outgrew both my parents by a lot.

yes ur height is really bad
but i wouldnt kms yet u have time to grow
but if u get to like 30 and khhv than i would consider suicide
