Yes, you have a neutral orbital vector, you would benefit from an advancement with something like an infraorbital implant but the rest of your lower face is recessed too so that would look very off on it's own, you would need also a le fort 1 maxillary advancement with a BSSO so that you can move the lower face forward too. Hope that make sense
