I worked at a ski resort, I held the position that was the most guest-facing, I saw thousands of people per day, in my time there I probably saw 10-15 HTNs and 1 CL (not per day, throughout the entire season)

Your lips are your worst feature imo, lip flip to correct your awful philtrum, ik I just got done saying you hardmaxxing would be dumb but this is smth I think would ascend you hard, or just lip fillers, they're super thin which is unattractive as it's a sign of low collagen and aging
